Bomb Shelters & Bunkers
Beth-El offers a variety of solutions for bomb shelters and bunkers intended for hospitals, military facilities, sheltered housing, data centers, and command and control centers. Our assembly type systems consist of batteries of large air filters connected to each other with linked air piping, and include the additional components required for optimal functioning including blowers, air intake and side valves, air outlet and side valves, faucets, differential pressure gauges, etc. Systems are custom designed according to the specific needs of the protected space and the existing infrastructure of the building.
Ventilation and Filtration Modes
In addition to CBRN protection, Beth-El’s battery filter systems also provide comfortable ventilation of the space by expelling the carbon dioxide (toxic) gas emitted during the breathing process, as well as odors, moisture and heat while introducing oxygen-rich fresh air. Filtration mode provides those staying in the protected space with the above-mentioned benefits plus filtered fresh air. In both modes it is possible to stay for days or even weeks in the protected space during an emergency event without the need for personal protection equipment.
